Refund Policy — Inkrest

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. If Inkrest isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your transaction date and we'll make it right.

How refunds are handled

Direct purchases of Inkrest are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. To request one, use the "View receipt" link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and choose "Request a refund." Apple App Store purchases follow Apple's standard refund process.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live — including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal. Where the law gives you a greater right, that right applies.
